Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website sovboi.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make through it. The Site is operated by Sovboi (“Sovboi”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Sovboi designs and sells home and portable projectors and related accessories. We work to keep product descriptions, images and pricing accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that all content on the Site is error-free. Colors and on-screen renderings may differ slightly from the physical product.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information or discontinue products at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted an order (in which case you will be entitled to a full refund of any amount paid for the affected item).

Your order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when we send you a confirmation that the item has been dispatched. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example where a product is out of stock, a pricing error is identified, or fraud is suspected — and if payment has already been taken we will refund it in full to your original payment method.

Please review your shipping address carefully before checkout. See our Shipping Policy for how address changes are handled after an order is placed.

Prices are displayed in the currency of your delivery country. Shipping is always free. In Germany, France, Spain and Japan, the displayed price already includes all applicable tax. In the United States and Canada, sales tax is calculated from your delivery address and shown as a separate line before you confirm payment. Because orders ship from a fulfilment centre within your own country, no import duties or customs fees apply.

Payments on the Site are processed by trusted third-party payment providers, including Airwallex and PayPal. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, such as major credit and debit cards and PayPal. Your card details are transmitted directly to the payment provider over an encrypted connection and are never stored on our servers. By submitting payment you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Shipping destinations, handling times, carriers and estimated delivery windows are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are good-faith estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provided.

We want you to be happy with your projector. Returns, exchanges and refunds — including the 30-day return window and how refunds are issued to your original payment method — are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your place of residence.

Every Sovboi projector is covered by our 3-year service promise, and our technical support stays with you for the life of the machine. Register your product on the Warranty page to activate coverage.

Warranty coverage, exclusions (such as unauthorised repair, disassembly, or damage caused by force majeure) and the claims process are described on the After-Sales Service page. The warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights.

When using the Site you agree not to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• interfere with the operation or security of the Site, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or data;
• use the Site to transmit malicious code, spam or fraudulent orders;
• scrape, copy or republish Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site for any user who breaches this section.

The Site and all of its content — including the Sovboi name and logo, product names, text, graphics, photography, video and software — are owned by or licensed to Sovboi and are protected by trademark, copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may browse the Site for personal, non-commercial use; no other licence is granted.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sovboi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site, and our total aggregate liability in connection with any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when these Terms were most recently revised.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Sovboi is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which you reside. Any dispute will first be addressed in good faith through our support team.
