We act as the data controller for the information described in this policy.

• Payment information — handled entirely by our payment providers (see section 4). We never see or store your full card number.
• Warranty & support information — details you submit when registering a warranty or asking for help, such as your order number and a description of the issue.

• activate and administer your 3-year warranty;

Sovboi receives only confirmation of payment and the information needed to fulfil your order — never your full card details.

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for it to function (for example, keeping your cart during checkout), and analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.
