Warranty Terms

01How we resolve a covered fault

If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, we will, at our option, repair the product, replace it with a new or equivalent product, or refund part or all of the purchase price. Where a replacement is provided, a fee may apply based on your remaining warranty period and the value of the product.

02If your model is no longer available

We determine the most comparable replacement at our sole discretion. If the original model has been discontinued, the replacement may differ from the original item in appearance or features, and may have a lower market value due to technological updates or changes in availability.

03Partial refunds

Where neither repair nor replacement is available, we will offer a partial refund based on the usage time of the device. The longer the product has been in use, the lower the refund.

04Warranty on a replacement

The warranty on any replacement runs for the longer of the remaining original warranty period or three months from the date of replacement.

05What is not covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, liquid contact, or unauthorized repair or modification; normal wear of consumable parts and the normal decline of light source brightness over time; or damage resulting from the operating environment.
